COURSE DESCRIPTION

CHC50413 Diploma of Youth Work is offered online. This nationally recognised qualification provides learners with the skills necessary to have a positive and professional impact on young people’s lives.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

The CHC50413 Diploma of Youth Work is used for learners looking to move into roles which specialise in youth case management in the community services sector. Learners will develop the skills to provide critical and direct support to young people and identify and respond to people in crisis.

Learners will develop the skills required to provide person-centred support within the service as a whole and supporting colleagues in the ongoing improvement of their work within a team.

To achieve this qualification, learners must complete at least 100 hours of Work Placement.
